A selection of sites I have worked on.
Disability News Service
Following an accessibility review of the website, which highlighted a few issues, I was commissioned by editor John Pring to redo the website. The new design was a subtle update of the existing site with improved accessibility and user experience.
Barclay Viewforth Church
The original design was in 2014, using Canvas theme, and updated in 2018 to use the GeneratePress theme. The site features a sermon archive, multiple contact forms and a blog.
Griffen Fitness
Personal trainer Tracy Griffen’s old site was using Joomla, which she found difficult to use. I converted the site to WordPress using the Divi theme, carefully managing the site SEO and redirections to preserve its rankings.
Glasgow Editors’ Network
The Glasgow Editors’ Network needed to update their HTML site. I moved the content and their separate Blogger blog into WordPress. Now each editor has their own profile which they can edit, and they can contribute to the blog. The editors’ directory displays the names randomly to give everyone a fair chance of publicity.
BEMIS
One of the first sites I built, this design using the Genesis framework is still going strong.
